News & Events:

1990 our 350 anniversary was a happy year at "The Barleycorn" with our customers help we managed to raise over £3000 for several local and national charities: Help the Hero's, Water aid, Cam sight and Duxford scouts.

The year finished off with our traditional Black tie evening (Tickets went on sale on October 1st and were being offered on e bay within a week) We have lots to plan in 2011: A royal wedding early in the spring together with our second re-opening party and we hope to invite some of our regular customers for a festive weekend to celebrate the completion of our room up grades.

Aug 19th - american air day followed by an American bbq and live band Cadillac.
3rd/4th Sept - the Duxford air show
16th Oct - the Duxford autumn air show
29th Oct - the last rays of summer. Live music after dinner by the Barleycorners. And we have even arranged for you to enjoy an extra hour in bed on Sunday morning
